Instagram Data Deletion
If you connected your Instagram account to Florafish and would like to remove your Instagram connection and related data, you can disconnect your account at any time.
1. Disconnect your Instagram account
Go to Florafish → Settings → Integrations → Instagram and click Disconnect.
2. What happens when you disconnect
When you disconnect your Instagram account:
Florafish removes the connection and associated Instagram access credentials.
Florafish will stop receiving events from your Instagram account.
Any Magic Words associated with your Instagram account will stop working.
3. Additional deletion request
If you can no longer access your Florafish account and need your Instagram-related data removed, please contact us to request data deletion.
We will review your request and remove the applicable data associated with your Instagram integration.
