Prohibited Products & Services Policy

FloraFish is designed to help people create, share, and sell legitimate products, services, and experiences.

This Prohibited Products & Services Policy (“Policy”) explains what sellers may not offer through FloraFish and what categories may be subject to additional restrictions or review.

This Policy applies to all offers, listings, transactions, content, and activities conducted through FloraFish.

It forms part of the FloraFish Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use, and Seller Agreement.

FloraFish may update this Policy as our platform, applicable laws, payment requirements, and risk standards evolve.

1. General Rule

You may only create an offer on FloraFish if:

  • The product, service, or experience is legal to sell and provide.

  • You have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.

  • The offer is accurately described.

  • The transaction has a legitimate commercial purpose.

  • The offer does not violate this Policy or another FloraFish policy.

  • The offer does not create an unacceptable risk to buyers, sellers, FloraFish, or third parties.

If you are unsure whether something is permitted, you should contact FloraFish before publishing the offer.

FloraFish may determine that a category is prohibited or restricted even if it is technically legal in a particular jurisdiction.


2. Illegal Goods and Services

You may not use FloraFish to offer, sell, facilitate, or promote illegal goods or services.

This includes goods or services that are illegal to possess, distribute, sell, provide, or purchase under applicable law.

Examples include:

  • Illegal drugs.

  • Controlled substances where the transaction is not legally authorized.

  • Stolen property.

  • Illicit goods.

  • Services intended to facilitate criminal activity.

  • Fraudulent or illegally obtained goods.

  • Other goods or services whose sale is prohibited by applicable law.


3. Weapons and Dangerous Items

FloraFish does not permit offers involving weapons or other goods that present significant risks of physical harm.

This may include:

  • Firearms.

  • Ammunition.

  • Explosives.

  • Bomb-making materials.

  • Illegal weapons.

  • Weapon components where their sale is restricted.

  • Certain high-risk self-defense weapons.

  • Instructions or services intended to facilitate the construction of weapons or explosives.

FloraFish may also restrict other products that we reasonably determine present significant safety risks.


4. Drugs and Controlled Substances

You may not sell or facilitate the sale of:

  • Illegal drugs.

  • Controlled substances without appropriate legal authorization.

  • Recreational drug products where prohibited.

  • Drug paraphernalia intended for illegal drug use.

  • Products marketed as substitutes for illegal drugs.

  • Services intended to facilitate illegal drug transactions.

Products that contain regulated substances may also be restricted depending on the applicable jurisdiction and legal requirements.


5. Stolen and Fraudulent Goods

You may not offer:

  • Stolen goods.

  • Goods that you do not have the legal right to sell.

  • Property obtained through fraud or theft.

  • Fraudulent documents.

  • Fake identification documents.

  • Stolen accounts or credentials.

  • Unauthorized access credentials.

  • Goods or services intended to conceal the origin of stolen property.


6. Counterfeit and Unauthorized Goods

FloraFish prohibits the sale of counterfeit goods or products that intentionally imitate another brand or creator without authorization.

This includes:

  • Counterfeit branded products.

  • Fake designer goods.

  • Unauthorized replicas presented as authentic.

  • Unauthorized copies of protected works.

  • Products using another company's trademarks without permission where such use is misleading or infringing.

Sellers must have the necessary rights to sell branded or copyrighted products.



7. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Offers

You may not create offers that are fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading.

Examples include:

  • Fake products.

  • Fake services.

  • Non-existent experiences.

  • Ponzi or pyramid schemes.

  • Fake investment opportunities.

  • Guaranteed financial returns without legitimate basis.

  • Advance-fee scams.

  • Fake giveaways.

  • Fake charities.

  • Misleading claims about products or services.

  • Offers designed primarily to obtain money without providing the promised value.

You may not intentionally hide material information from buyers.



8. Financial Services and High-Risk Financial Activities

FloraFish may restrict or prohibit offers involving financial products or services that require regulatory authorization.

This may include:

  • Unlicensed investment services.

  • Securities offerings.

  • Unauthorized financial services.

  • Money transmission.

  • Cryptocurrency-related financial services where regulated.

  • High-risk investment schemes.

  • Loans or credit products where licensing is required.

  • Services involving the custody of customer funds without appropriate authorization.

Legal financial or professional services may require additional verification or documentation before being permitted.



9. Gambling and Betting

Offers involving illegal or unauthorized gambling, betting, lotteries, raffles, or games of chance are prohibited.

FloraFish may also restrict legally regulated gambling-related activities depending on jurisdiction and applicable payment-provider requirements.



10. Malware, Hacking, and Cyber Abuse

You may not use FloraFish to offer or sell tools, services, or information primarily intended to facilitate unauthorized access, compromise, or disruption of computer systems.

This includes:

  • Malware.

  • Ransomware.

  • Credential theft tools.

  • Phishing kits.

  • Account takeover services.

  • Unauthorized access services.

  • Botnets.

  • DDoS-for-hire services.

  • Stolen credentials.

  • Services intended to bypass authentication or security controls.

  • Tools designed primarily for malicious or unauthorized exploitation.

Legitimate cybersecurity education, consulting, and defensive security services may be permitted when their purpose and implementation are lawful and non-abusive.



11. Personal Data and Privacy Violations

You may not sell, trade, publish, or distribute personal information obtained without appropriate authorization.

This includes:

  • Stolen personal information.

  • Databases containing unlawfully obtained personal information.

  • Passwords.

  • Authentication credentials.

  • Financial account information.

  • Private communications.

  • Sensitive personal records.

  • Doxxing services.

  • Services intended to identify or expose private individuals without authorization.

You may not use FloraFish to facilitate unauthorized surveillance or privacy violations.



12. Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not offer products, services, or experiences that infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.

This includes unauthorized:

  • Copyrighted works.

  • Software.

  • Digital media.

  • Designs.

  • Trademarks.

  • Brand assets.

  • Fonts.

  • Illustrations.

  • Photography.

  • Video.

  • Music.

  • Courses or educational materials.

Sellers are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses and permissions.



13. Dangerous, Unsafe, or Harmful Products

FloraFish may prohibit products that present an unreasonable risk of serious injury, illness, or harm.

This may include:

  • Dangerous chemicals.

  • Toxic substances.

  • Illegal pesticides.

  • Explosives.

  • Hazardous materials.

  • Products recalled for serious safety reasons.

  • Products that are illegal to distribute.

  • Products designed to cause physical harm.

FloraFish may remove an offer where the safety of buyers or third parties cannot reasonably be established.



14. Medical and Health-Related Products and Services

Health-related products and services may be subject to additional restrictions.

You may not offer products or services that:

  • Require a professional license you do not possess.

  • Make fraudulent medical claims.

  • Promise guaranteed cures.

  • Encourage customers to replace necessary professional medical care.

  • Involve illegal or unauthorized prescription drugs.

  • Involve unapproved or unlawfully marketed medical products.

Sellers must comply with applicable health, advertising, licensing, and consumer-protection requirements.

FloraFish does not independently verify medical or professional claims unless expressly stated otherwise.



15. Professional Services

Certain professional services may require licenses, certifications, registrations, or other legal authorization.

If your service requires such authorization, you are responsible for maintaining it.

This may include, depending on jurisdiction:

  • Legal services.

  • Medical services.

  • Financial services.

  • Accounting services.

  • Engineering services.

  • Architecture.

  • Real estate services.

  • Other regulated professions.

FloraFish may request evidence of qualifications or authorization before allowing such services to be offered.


16. Adult and Sexual Services

FloraFish does not permit offers involving:

  • Sexual services.

  • Sexual exploitation.

  • Non-consensual sexual content.

  • Sexual content involving minors.

  • Sexual trafficking.

  • Content or services involving sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited.

FloraFish may also restrict other adult-oriented products or services depending on applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and platform standards.


17. Exploitation, Abuse, and Human Trafficking

FloraFish strictly prohibits offers involving:

  • Human trafficking.

  • Forced labor.

  • Sexual exploitation.

  • Slavery or servitude.

  • Exploitation of minors.

  • Services facilitating abuse or exploitation.

  • Recruitment into exploitative schemes.

FloraFish may immediately suspend accounts and take other appropriate action where such activity is suspected.



18. Gambling, Get-Rich-Quick Schemes, and Pyramid Structures

You may not use FloraFish to promote schemes primarily designed to generate money through recruitment rather than legitimate products or services.

This includes:

  • Pyramid schemes.

  • Ponzi schemes.

  • Fake investment programs.

  • Recruitment-based financial schemes.

  • Guaranteed-income schemes without legitimate economic activity.

  • “Get rich quick” schemes involving deceptive claims.

Legitimate affiliate, referral, membership, or commission-based businesses may be permitted when they provide genuine products or services and comply with applicable law.


19. Government Documents and Identity Products

You may not sell:

  • Fake passports.

  • Fake identity cards.

  • Fake driver's licenses.

  • Fake government certificates.

  • Fraudulent immigration documents.

  • Government credentials obtained unlawfully.

  • Services designed to circumvent identity verification.

Legitimate assistance with administrative or government processes may be permitted if lawful and accurately represented.


20. Academic and Professional Fraud

You may not use FloraFish to sell or facilitate:

  • Fake academic credentials.

  • Fake degrees.

  • Fake professional certifications.

  • Exam cheating services.

  • Impersonation during exams or professional assessments.

  • Plagiarism services intended to misrepresent someone else's work as original.

  • Fraudulent academic documents.

Legitimate tutoring, coaching, editing, and educational services may be permitted.


21. Fraudulent Reviews and Reputation Manipulation

You may not sell or facilitate:

  • Fake reviews.

  • Fake ratings.

  • Purchased testimonials presented as genuine.

  • Review manipulation.

  • Coordinated false complaints.

  • Services intended to artificially inflate or damage a business's reputation.

Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences.


22. Fake Engagement and Platform Manipulation

Offers designed to artificially manipulate online platforms may be prohibited.

This includes services selling:

  • Fake followers.

  • Fake likes.

  • Fake views.

  • Fake engagement.

  • Bot-generated activity.

  • Artificial ratings.

  • Fake accounts.

  • Manipulated metrics.

FloraFish may restrict legitimate marketing services that do not rely on fraudulent or artificial activity.


23. Political and Civic Activities

FloraFish may restrict or prohibit certain political fundraising, campaign-related, or regulated civic transactions where required by applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

Political or civic organizations remain responsible for complying with all applicable registration, disclosure, fundraising, and financial requirements.

FloraFish may require additional verification for certain activities.


24. Charitable and Fundraising Activities

Charitable fundraising may require specific legal authorization.

You may not falsely represent yourself as:

  • A registered charity.

  • A nonprofit organization.

  • A government organization.

  • An authorized fundraising organization.

You must accurately disclose who receives funds and the purpose for which funds are collected.

FloraFish may require documentation for certain fundraising activities.


25. Misleading Donations and Support Requests

Offers or payment requests presented as donations, support, sponsorships, or contributions must accurately explain their purpose.

You may not use such mechanisms to:

  • Misrepresent the recipient.

  • Conceal the purpose of the payment.

  • Facilitate fraud.

  • Circumvent payment restrictions.

  • Collect money for an undisclosed purpose.


26. Travel, Accommodation, and Regulated Experiences

Travel, accommodation, transportation, tours, and similar experiences may be subject to local licensing, insurance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Sellers are responsible for obtaining all necessary authorization.

FloraFish may restrict experiences that create significant safety, licensing, or consumer-protection risks.


27. Animals and Wildlife

You may not use FloraFish to facilitate illegal trafficking or trade in protected animals, wildlife, endangered species, or regulated animal products.

Any legitimate animal-related service must comply with applicable animal welfare, licensing, environmental, and wildlife laws.


28. Environmental and Regulated Natural Resources

Offers involving protected natural resources may be restricted or prohibited.

This may include illegally obtained:

  • Wildlife.

  • Endangered species.

  • Protected plants.

  • Coral.

  • Protected timber.

  • Other regulated environmental resources.

Sellers are responsible for demonstrating lawful ownership and trade where required.


29. Goods Subject to Recalls or Legal Restrictions

FloraFish may remove products that:

  • Have been recalled for serious safety reasons.

  • Are illegal to sell.

  • Are subject to regulatory restrictions.

  • Cannot legally be distributed in the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Present a significant and unreasonable risk to consumers.

Sellers are responsible for monitoring applicable product-safety requirements.


30. Circumvention Services

You may not sell products or services whose primary purpose is to circumvent legitimate legal, financial, security, platform, or identity controls.

Examples include services intended to:

  • Evade identity verification.

  • Circumvent payment restrictions.

  • Bypass security systems.

  • Evade lawful account restrictions.

  • Conceal prohibited transactions.

  • Circumvent regulatory requirements.


31. Misleading Business Opportunities

Business opportunities must accurately represent:

  • What the buyer receives.

  • The actual business model.

  • Material costs.

  • Relevant risks.

  • Expected obligations.

  • Any material conditions.

You may not make unsupported claims regarding income, profits, employment, investment returns, or guaranteed financial results.


32. Services That Facilitate Illegal Activity

Even where the underlying service may appear legitimate, FloraFish may prohibit services whose primary purpose is to facilitate unlawful activity.

This may include:

  • Fraud assistance.

  • Identity theft.

  • Evasion of law enforcement.

  • Money laundering.

  • Unauthorized access.

  • Forgery.

  • Counterfeiting.

  • Tax fraud.

  • Other unlawful conduct.


33. Manipulation of FloraFish

You may not use FloraFish to manipulate the platform itself.

This includes:

  • Creating fake orders.

  • Creating fake buyers or sellers.

  • Manipulating transaction history.

  • Abusing promotional systems.

  • Exploiting bugs for financial benefit.

  • Attempting to bypass account restrictions.

  • Circumventing FloraFish fees.

  • Creating transactions without legitimate commercial purpose.

34. Restricted Categories

Some categories may not be automatically prohibited but may require additional review, documentation, verification, or restrictions.

FloraFish may classify an offer as restricted based on:

  • Legal requirements.

  • Payment-provider requirements.

  • Fraud risk.

  • Consumer-safety risk.

  • Regulatory requirements.

  • Geographic restrictions.

  • Industry-specific requirements.

FloraFish may request additional information before approving such offers.


35. Geographic Restrictions

An offer may be permitted in one jurisdiction and prohibited or restricted in another.

Sellers are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to:

  • Where they operate.

  • Where the buyer is located.

  • Where the product is delivered.

  • Where the service is provided.

  • Where an experience takes place.

FloraFish may impose geographic restrictions where appropriate.


36. FloraFish's Enforcement Rights

FloraFish may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Reject an offer.

  • Remove an offer.

  • Restrict visibility.

  • Disable purchasing.

  • Require additional verification.

  • Hold or delay certain transactions or payouts.

  • Suspend an account.

  • Terminate an account.

  • Restrict access to FloraFish.

  • Report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or reasonably necessary.

FloraFish is not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the platform.


37. Responsibility of Sellers

Sellers are responsible for determining whether their products, services, and experiences are permitted before publishing an offer.

The fact that FloraFish allows an offer to be published does not mean that:

  • The offer is legal in every jurisdiction.

  • The product is safe.

  • The seller is licensed.

  • The seller's claims are verified.

  • FloraFish endorses the offer.

Sellers remain responsible for compliance with applicable law.


38. Changes to This Policy

FloraFish may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in law.

  • Changes in payment-provider requirements.

  • New products or services.

  • Emerging fraud patterns.

  • Security concerns.

  • Safety concerns.

  • Changes to the FloraFish platform.

The latest version published by FloraFish will govern the use of the platform from its effective date.

If you are unsure whether a product, service, or experience is permitted on FloraFish, contact FloraFish before publishing it.

Providing a description of the offer, its intended use, where it will be sold, and the jurisdictions involved will help FloraFish determine whether additional restrictions may apply.
